All info gone

This has happened twice already. I opened up the app and nothing comes up. Last time I was lucky it showed up out of nowhere but this time, its empty. I have not changed my phone or done anything different yet everything is missing. I tried to use the "ask question" feature to get help but it just insists that I check their video tutorials. Now Im questioning whether this app is safe or not.
