Support is virtually nonexistent

This app has been working great for over a year. Now I am unable to view my passwords. Attempting to import from backup fails and the app closes. I received 1 email from support but nothing further, even after requesting an update. It has been several weeks now that I have not been able to servers at work. I can no longer trust or recommend this application.
