OneSafe has saved me time and again with password info. These days there are SO many passwords and all have different requirements. With oneSafe I have no worries trying to remember them all, I know theyre safely tucked away, and its so easy to use! Very grateful for this app and happy that I downloaded it.

This has happened twice already. I opened up the app and nothing comes up. Last time I was lucky it showed up out of nowhere but this time, its empty. I have not changed my phone or done anything different yet everything is missing. I tried to use the "ask question" feature to get help but it just insists that I check their video tutorials. Now Im questioning whether this app is safe or not.

Used to love this app. Havent been able to use for several months- crashes every time I try to use it on iPhone. Unfortunately for me and my wife were using as our only place for passwords. Was told to delete and reload. Thanks all passwords gone! Tried to get in touch with support... Good luck. After hours of bs I figured out how to send a file from another device... Now we have 3 sets of each password file on multiple devices. Search from desktop blows. At least it doesnt crash- you cant search the password protected files, so to find the password you want you have to look through all files manually... Of which we now have 3 versions.

This app is a lifesaver for all the passwords I have to remember. Super easy to use.

What a great App. It has been a real headache saver for me in trying to keep track of the multitude of passwords that have to navigate. Ironically I needed to access the app with another method other than the thumbprint scanner I typically use and could not remember the password I had used to set up the App. I always use my thumbprint. One quick email to costumer support and Oliver had me up and running within 24 hours. He deserves a shout out for the good effort ls in providing timely and good costumer care. Way to go Oliver.
